Thank you for choosing Moroccan Amlou for your taste of authentic Moroccan Amlou. We take great pride in preparing fresh, high-quality homemade Amlou for you to enjoy. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Due to the perishable nature of our Amlou and for food safety and hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered and accepted, unless it falls under the specific conditions outlined below.
When We Can Help (Valid Concerns):
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund in the following situations:
Product Damaged During Delivery:
- If your jar of Amlou arrives broken, cracked, or with a compromised seal (e.g., lid is clearly open or damaged).
- Action Needed: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send us a private message via Zalo with a clear photo of the damaged product and the packaging.
Incorrect Item Received:
- If you received a different item than what you ordered.
- Action Needed: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the incorrect item and your order details.
Significant Quality Issue Upon Arrival:
- If, upon opening your Amlou for the first time shortly after delivery, you find a clear and undeniable quality issue (e.g., signs of spoilage that are not related to natural separation or storage post-delivery).
- Action Needed: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a clear description of the issue and include photos. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
What Is Not Covered (Limitations):
- Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after ordering or delivery.
- Personal Taste Preference: While we are confident you'll love our Amlou, taste is subjective. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the product is not to your personal liking but is otherwise of good quality.
- Natural Variations: Our Amlou is homemade with natural ingredients. Slight variations in color, texture, or consistency between batches are normal and do not indicate a fault. Oil separation is also natural for Amlou (like natural peanut butter); simply stir it well before enjoying.
- Improper Storage: We cannot be responsible for issues that arise from improper storage after the Amlou has been delivered to you (e.g., not following storage instructions, contamination after opening).
- Issues Reported After the 24-Hour Window: For damage or immediate quality concerns, timely notification is crucial.
How to Report an Issue:
Please contact us directly via private message on Zalo with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence as requested above. We will review your concern promptly and get back to you with a proposed resolution.
