  7. A: We keep it authentic and simple! Our homemade Amlou contains only three ingredients: rich roasted peanuts, pure natural honey, and smooth olive oil. Absolutely no preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, or palm oil.

  3. A: Amlou is wonderfully versatile!

    • Spread it on bread, toast, or crackers (like butter or peanut butter).
    • Enjoy it the traditional Moroccan way by dipping pieces of bread directly into it.
    • Drizzle it over yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, or fruit.
    • Add it to smoothies for a nutty boost.
    • Or simply enjoy a spoonful straight from the jar!

  4. Q: How do I store Amlou? Does it need to be refrigerated? 


  6. A: Store your Amlou in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, at room temperature. Refrigeration is not necessary and may cause it to harden too much. Like natural peanut butter, some oil separation is normal. If this happens, just give it a good stir before enjoying.


  8. Q: What is the shelf life of your Amlou? 

  9. A: As our Amlou contains no preservatives, we recommend consuming it within 2-3 months of opening for the best taste and freshness. Please check the "Consume before" date on the jar.
